Whipped Peppermint Shea Butter Cream:
Ingredients:
200g Unrefined Shea Butter
50ml Organic Kitchen Olive Oil
30 drops of Amphora Aromatics Peppermint Essential Oil
(all ingredients available at Gaia Health Store)
Method:
In a mixer or food processor add in the raw Shea Butter and the Olive Oil, mix it between 30 seconds to 1 minute - or until the Shea Butter has a smooth, light and airy consistency, then add 30 drops of the Peppermint Essential Oil... and voila that's it you've done it, you have made your own 'Whipped Peppermint Shea Butter Cream', then just store in a container of your choice in a cool dry place.
Hair Mask for Sensitive or Flaky Scalp:
Ingredients:
1-2 Tablespoons of Unrefined Shea Butter
1-2 Tablespoons of Amphora Aromatics Sweet Almond Oil

Method:
Heat the the Shea Butter in a microwave, or in a bowl of water over a hot pan of water until it melts, add the same quantity of Sweet Almond Oil and mix thoroughly, leave to stand and settle until it becomes firm - or speed up the process and refrigerate until it becomes firm.
Then simply massage it into the scalp and to the ends of your hair to sooth irritated or sensitive scalps.
If you need help removing the Oil from your hair, we recommend to use a small amount of bicarbonate of soda mixed in water, and just rinse it through your hair.
