Be You the whole Beautiful You is a transformational, step by step journey to your beautiful self, your authentic self, your true nature.

We navigate this journey using 4 pillars:

1)  Numbers which are Divine intelligence.  

2) 10 Spiritual bodies.  We are a spirit having a human experience and when we remember that, we look at ourselves as a spirit having this human experience rather than just a physical body.

3) 10 virtues of the Sikh Gurus.  These are 10 virtues that we all need to practice and embody in order to live our best lives.

4) Mool Mantra.  This is a Universal truth that awakens our spiritual DNA.  This is describing aspects of the indescribable aspects of who we are to become in this human life.

We will use these 4 pillars as a road map to navigate us to our hearts, our true home.  From that place we can then live our best life, our authentic life, our Sat Naam (True identity).

This is done through the guidance of numbers and the above frame of reference as well as meditations and group discussions.  These workshops are open to all, from absolute beginners who are trying to “find themselves” to others who are already on that journey.  There are gems for 1 and ALL.  

Stage 1

We begin this journey with number 7.  Becoming aware of our mind games, what is holding us back from living our true potential? What is blocking us? Only once we become aware of our mind games can we then start the journey to our hearts.  This also involves forgiveness.  Forgiveness to yourselves and others.  If we do not forgive we are only hurting ourselves and holding ourselves back.  

The second step is number 5, communication.  We are our word.  If we heal the word we can heal the world.  Whatever we say we create, we create all of our own experiences.  Our belief is our God.  

These two numbers are a great introduction to the course and these two numbers can be learnt separately if that is all that your journey entails.  

Stage 2

This is when we commence the journey one, two, three and four.  There are four doors to the, Golden Temple of our heart, our true essence, our true self.  You can enter the temple from any of the four doors it is open to all.  

Number 1 is about our soul purpose, our gifts that we are here to share with the world.  

Number 2 talks about separation, the negative mind, the gap, what are we longing for? What and who are you loyal to? what do you give your energy to?  The real reason for separation, what’s the innocence behind it?  The gap that doesn’t need filling but just is.

Number 3 positive mind, action counts. What do you want?  Manifest what your desire.  Its time to take action, its time to manifest.  We are all equal in the eyes of God.

Number 4 love, truth, love is love, trust your prayer, trust your heart, trust who you really are, pause be open to receive.

Stage 3 (Advanced)

This part of the journey 6, 8, 9, 10 are higher numbers and you would have needed to study the lower numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4 to fully understand their magic.

Number 6 Grace, presence, fighting for (or against), just-is (Justice).  Remember to stay in your heart and take that conscious breath, awake and aware, being available for the next moment.

Number 8 Healing, purity, prosperity and abundance.  Compassion for ourselves and others.  

Number 9 Peace, calm, patience, magic is in the subtle.  Its not the big things we do, its the little things that count.

Number 10 Courage to walk our path, radiant light, spread your light to the world in all walks of life.

Number 11 The relationship, God and Me, Me and God are 1.
