Organic Kitchen Spinach Tagliatelle is made exclusively from durum wheat semolina flour that has been dried slowly at a low temperature. This, along with the traditional authentic Italian recipe and bronze die extrusion technique is what makes the pasta so special. Our spinach tagliatelle is also organic, vegan, authentically Italian, additive free, egg free, plastic free, made using artisan techniques and only made with ingredients sourced locally from around the factory it is produced in.
